Shipping

We ship UPS Ground, and charge a flat rate of $7.95 per order (shipped to a single address). Orders over $60 no charge for shipping.

Return Policy

Returns of merchandise purchased through our website will be accepted by mail or in person. Pending inspection, a store credit or refund will be issued for the item's value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Merchandise returns without a receipt will require a valid photo ID and are eligible for store credit only.

To return an item by mail, please follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order. Insure the package, and mail it to the address on your packing slip. If, in error, you did not receive a packing slip, please call us at 800-437-2823.

If you received damaged or defective merchandise, you must call us at 800-437-2823 or email us at info @kitchenco.net within 3 days of receipt of your merchandise in order to be eligible for refund or credit.
