Viking Professional Stand Mixers

The stand mixer of choice in our cooking school's kitchen is a Viking Professional. The Viking Professional Stand Mixers have 800 watts with the 5-qt. or 1000 watts of power for the 7-qt.,providing enough strength to knead any dough. But with a range of settings they are more than capable of being delicate enough for even the most sensitive meringue. Viking Professional mixers are available in black, stainless gray, red and white. We have been selling these mixers in our store for 7 years and have only had one brought back as a return and we are using that machine in our demontration kitchen. These machines are powerful and durable and have features beyond the average stand mixer. The wattage in these mixers is the key difference between the Kitchen Aid stand mixer. Viking Professional has twice the wattage a more powerful motor lasts longer and is less likley to burn out.
